You don't need to create a new listing. Simply claim the listing that's already there and make it your own.

Claiming your listing allows you to take ownership of the existing listing and manage it through your GLO account.

To Claim Your Listing:

1. Find your business on GLO.
2. Open your business listing.
3. Click Claim This Listing.
4. Select the GLO plan you'd like.
5. Complete the account and payment process.
6. Once your account is set up, you can manage and update your listing.

🚨 IMPORTANT

Please don't create a duplicate listing if your business already appears on GLO. Claiming the existing listing keeps everything together and ensures your business has one official GLO listing.

How to Create & Manage Your GLO Business Listing

Getting your business on Gainesville Locally Owned (GLO) is easy! Once you sign up, you’ll have an account where you can create, complete, and manage your business listing.

🚀 STEP 1 — VISIT THE GLO ADVERTISE PAGE

💰 STEP 2 — CHOOSE YOUR LISTING PLAN

GLO currently offers three listing levels:

·  Community — Get listed & get discovered

·  Featured — Stand out & get noticed

·  Spotlight — Maximum visibility & exposure

Each level gives you different options for photos, videos, coupons, events, categories, and other listing features.

If you have a GLO discount code, you can enter it during the sign-up and checkout process.

Simply enter your code in the Discount/Coupon Code field when prompted, then make sure the discount has been applied before completing your purchase.

📝 STEP 3 — CLICK "GET STARTED"

Once you've chosen your plan, click the Get Started button beneath that plan.

You'll then begin the sign-up process.

👤 STEP 4 — CREATE YOUR GLO ACCOUNT

Enter the information requested to create your account.

Use an email address you check regularly. This will be associated with your GLO account and used for important account and billing communications.

Your account will allow you to access and manage your business listing.

💳 STEP 5 — ENTER YOUR BILLING INFORMATION

Enter your payment information and review your subscription details.

GLO listings are billed according to the plan you selected.

📋 STEP 6 — REVIEW & ACCEPT THE TERMS

Before completing your registration, review GLO's Terms of Service and other applicable policies.

When you're ready, accept the required terms.

🎉 STEP 7 — CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

Click Create My Account to complete registration.

Once your account has been created successfully, you'll be able to continue to your listing and begin adding your business information.

You'll also receive an email confirming your account and subscription.

✏️ NOW LET'S BUILD YOUR LISTING!

Once you're logged in, you'll be able to enter the information customers will see when they find your business on GLO.

Depending on your plan, you may be able to add:

• Business name
• Address & phone number
• Hours of operation
• Website
• Business description
• Areas served
• Categories
• Social media links
• Photos
• Videos
• Menus or other attachments
• Coupons & deals
• Events

Your available features depend on the GLO plan you've selected.

📸 Your Primary Image Matters!

Your Primary Image is the main image customers see when your business appears on the GLO homepage, Browse Listings page, and search results.

For the best appearance, we recommend:

• Use your business logo or a high-quality image that represents your business.
• For the best fit, use an image approximately 760 pixels wide × 520 pixels tall (a 1.5:1 ratio). This helps your image fill the available space without unwanted cropping.

🔄 NEED TO UPDATE YOUR LISTING?

Once you have a GLO account, simply:

1. Go to gainesvillelocallyowned.com
2. Click Log In in the upper-right corner.
3. Enter the email address and password associated with your GLO account.
4. Access your listing and make your updates.

Forgot your password? Click Forgot Your Password? on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset it.

You can update your listing whenever you need to keep your information current.
